SHARE JESUS WORD MINISTRIES (SJWM) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Registered under Andhra Pradesh Societies Act 1860, vice No.286/91and working for the marginalized section of the people in 40 villages of Yadamari Mandal & Chittoor Rural Mandal of Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh- South India
Creating a just society by bringing about a change for socially, economically and culturally disadvantaged section of people to achieve their integrated development.
It is the basic task of SJWM to enhance the lives of rural marginalized people, with a special focus on women and children, through growth oriented plans and create a platform to articulate their human rights through educational process. We make every effort to steer them in the socio cultural and economic development, through integrated community developmental plans and programs. The fundamental approach of our interventions is to provide solidarity to the powerless through education on their livelihood issues.

The Chief Functionary of SHARE JESUS WORD MINISTRIES (SJWM) Rev. L. Joseph holds the position of President in the organization. Basically he is a pastor emerged from the grass root, marginalized Dalit community and has 25 years of experience in the field of Social Development. He has undergone extensive training on the women and child development with a focus on Dalit perspective. He is a good initiator in formulating innovative interventions for the empowerment of Dalits and Tribal communities. He is also a Trainer of Trainer (ToT) to deal various topics such as Women Empowerment, Entrepreneurship Development, Care and Support and Counseling for vulnerable children and Soft Skills. He has collaborating with the leaders of likeminded NGOs and CBOs functioning in Andhrapradesh and Tamil Nadu.
